Extremely Disappointed – Damaged & Unsafe Product and poor customer service

I ordered BBlunt hair colour with high expectations, but what I received was shocking. The box was torn, the bottle looked raw/unpolished, and the white liquid inside had leaked and turned solid. Even the paper inside was torn. Clearly, this product was either expired, mishandled, or stored poorly.

I immediately raised a complaint and submitted proof, but it has been over 4 days and I still haven’t received any proper response. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially for a product that goes directly on hair and scalp.

Not only did I waste my money, but I also completely lost trust in this brand’s quality and customer service. If you care about your safety, do not buy from here coz their customer service is also worst it's been 4 days they haven't replied yet

When I opened the package, the actual Bblunt colour boxes were damaged but the outer box was fine. The colour tubes inside and developer also were leaving and spilled all over inside box
