The sample had a measured pH of 8.55; total microbial and yeast/mould counts were both less than 10 cfu/g, within the specified limits. E. coli, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus and C. albicans were absent; lead, cadmium, arsenic, antimony and mercury were not detected above the stated laboratory detection limits.
