Product Delivery is very bad

The product was not delivered on time as per delivery date allotted. It was very delayed, and there was no response from the delivery partner. After complaining the product was delivered but that also the package was already torn while the delivery partner was delivering and after opening the package in front of delivery person, the product was found damaged.
